Login Not Working After Minimizing and Maximizing Auth0 Web Browser Window

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the Auth0 Universal Login form. When I minimize the browser window during the login process and then restore (maximize) it, the login does not proceed as expected. The login flow appears to be stuck, and I am unable to continue or complete authentication after maximizing the window.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the Auth0 login form in a web browser.
  2. Begin the login process (enter username/password ).
  3. Minimize the browser window while the login form is open.
  4. Restore (maximize) the browser window.
  5. Attempt to continue or complete the login.

Expected Behavior:
After restoring the window, the login process should continue normally.

Actual Behavior:
After restoring the window, the login is no longer working, and I am unable to proceed.

Environment:

  • Auth0 Universal Login

Unfortunately I’m not able to reproduce your issue. Could you please provide more information, such as:

  1. What device are you using? If this happens on Android, there is a known issue similar to yours, and a workaround.
  2. What browser are you using?
  3. Do you have any Actions? If so, could you disable them and try again?
