Feature: Login indicator on Universal Login UI

Description: When the user clicks the login button on the universal UI it would be helpful if there was a loading type animation or some kind of indicator to show that the button was clicked and the login is processing

Use-case: Desktop app that runs an embedded browser and using the Auth0 universal login UI
