Feature: Localization of App Name when using Universal Login
Description: The Universal Login is great and the localization works wonderfully, but it would be awesome if we could also localize the App Name.
Use-case: Our application is used by English and French users, and we would like our French users to see a completely localized login screen, not a partially localized login screen with an English App Name.
