Linkedin Auth UserID Changed

I am creating this on behalf of a community user.

I’m using auth0 with linkedin auth. Today, an existing user loggedin and apparenlty a new user was created in auth0. The user don’t have two linkedin accounts. Upon further inspection, the LinkedIN user id seems to have been changed. Is this a bug in auth0 or is it possible I’ve made any misstake in the setup/config?
