Issue setting up DUO MFA

Have setup Duo mfa following instructions at Configure Cisco Duo Security for MFA

We can send an enrollment link from the dashboard. When the email link is clicked the pop up looks like attached screenshot.

Totally sorry for the delay. I got told that there was some temporary issue occuring during that time period for setting up DUO. Can you let me know if you’re still experiencing this issue?

Hiya… support got back to us and we needed to set the policy to always require MFA - as it wouldn’t work otherwise.
