I have configured a custom domain and everything is working great. I would like to configured the domain so it doesn’t allow for the .us.auth0.com to prevent people from getting confused. Is there a way to prevent Auth0 from allowing the issuer to be the regular domain?

I don’t believe there is, but as long as your app only uses the custom domain, users shouldn’t see it.
Also, the *.us.auth0.com domain is the ONLY domain that works for the management API, and disabling this would break that.
