Inconsistent Verification Email Format

I am using the exact same email formatting in two different environments, as well as the same email provider. However, my verification emails are being delivered as normally in one environment, and abnormally in another environment. In the normal case, the email is sent with a link to verify the email address. In the abnormal case, the link is being stripped out of my email and there is a “Powered by Auth0” note at the bottom that I do not see in my other environment’s email.

Are you using Selenium IDE to record an Auth0 script? I had issues with re-sending verification e-mail. But now it works fine.

The ‘Powered by Auth0’ snippet is added by default for non-paying tenants. This should not be present in paid ones. Can you check if this is not the case?
