Looks like the Sign In As button is missing again.
Is it another incident similar to Impersonation difficulties
Or the feature removed/deprecated (oh no!)

The feature has not been available for new tenants for a number of years now. If you have an older tenant that had the capability before, then you should still be able to use it. Newer tenants, on the other hand, won’t have it available. Nor there are any alternatives at the moment, I’m afraid.
