We received a notification related to the end-of-life notice that requests without TLS/SNI will no longer be supported. It states, that in one of our tenants at least one client sent a request without TLS/SNI within the last 20 days.
Our question is: is there a way to identify that client beforehand (preferably the client ID, even IP would be helpful)?

I understand that you would like a way to know which client has made non-SNI complaint requests. Based on what I was able to find, it would e possible for our Developer Support team to generate a report to help identify the client/s, which would require the submission of a Support case via the Auth0 Support Center.
