I was locked out of my account

I seem to have been locked out of my account. When I try to login it just asks me to create a new account. But the original tenant still exists.

Hi Morgan. This is likely because you are using a different authentication method. The dashboard treats identities coming from different authentication methods as separate entities, even if the email address match. So if for instance you are an administrator of a tenant under a Google identity, if you use an email/password identity with the same email address you’ll still see the “create a new tenant” page.
