I went to my Guardian app and saw that there was no other saved access (there were more than 10).
Now I will need to recover all the lost codes!
Unfortunately I don’t know what happened, but I don’t have the same security as before.

Did you get a new device? Or possibly delete the application and any data associated with it? This is typically what would happen, and is part of the security function of multifactor authentication.
