My iPhone auto uninstalled Auth0 Guardian to conserve space, but now it is no longer linked to an app I use it for authentication, and I don’t know how to resolve this.

I couldn’t find any tenant associated with your account, so I suspect that you are using Auth0 Guarding to log in to 3rd party application. You can try to follow our guide from the docs to restore the settings if you have auto-backing enabled → https://auth0.com/docs/secure/multi-factor-authentication/reset-user-mfa#recovery-codes; if not, you will need to contact the application support directly and request the MFA Reset on your account and re-add Auth0 Guardian as MFA method.
