I have a problem in my custom form with the link "Don't remember your password?"

Hiii, first sorry for my english, my language is spanish…
my problem is that in my template CUSTOM LOGIN FORM does not working the link Don’t remember your password?
i dont know that script i must add. i dont found a solution in the docs.
