The management portal is not letting me view or search for logs that occurred prior to January 1, 2025. For example, this filter returns nothing: date:[2024-10-01 TO 2024-12-31] The calendar widget also doesn’t let me pick dates prior to January 1, 2025.

Never mind. Log retention is only 1 day on the client’s plan.
