I found this post but as I’m on the free plan, I can’t contact the support, and while trying to figure it out how the new Team Member Invitation works, I’ve made several mistakes, and “link tenants” is the biggest one.
What I tried to achieve: invite new team members (took me a while to find the “manage tenant access” area.
Mistakes that I did:
- Linked two different Tenants (humaitrix.com and simplants.com)
- Trying to unlink them, i deleted the @humaitrix admin user, expecting that “if no user, humaitrix won’t be linked anymore”. Silly mistake, I lost access. Invited again, all good.
But my question is: how can I unlink or undo my mistake?
