How to insert a custom organization picker into the login flow

We need users to be able to pick from among more than 20 organizations, of which they are members. I’ve seen this related post. We need the user to be able to enter their email/password > select their organization (exceeding the 20-organization limit) > do MFA > log in to our client-side app. How can we accomplish this?

Follow-up: are there any actual plans to remove the 20-org limit on the new universal login experience? If so, what’s the timeline? It’s a huge PITA

There is a backlog item regarding increasing the limit of the organization picker. However, there is no ETA at this time regarding when it will be addressed or implemented.
