How to increase the rate limit of Auth0?

Currently using the B2C - Essentials plan, but encountering a 429 error when importing users concurrently (~15 req/s):
ManagementApiError: Global per minute users_write group limit has been reached.

How can this limit be increased?

Welcome back to the Auth0 Community!

We do not increase or decrease our rate limits for most of the customers with fixed pricing tier. We can only work on “stretching” those with Enterprise customers.
