To enable SSO for an organization in a multiple tenant application, is that done through enterprise connections? Assuming that’s the case, would I need to have the enterprise license if I have more than 3 customers with SSO enabled?
To clarify:
CustomerA (joe@customerA.com) uses AD in their organization and wants SSO to automatically detect their credentials and login automatically into my app.
CustomerB logs in my app with their email that is stored in auth0 db, no SSO.
CustomerC (jane@customerC.com) also uses AD and wants SSO to log in my app.
I understand you want to know how to enable SSO when using Organizations.
Firstly, SSO works by default with Organizations enabled or disabled. However, if your Customers anticipate using Enterprise Connections such as Azure AD, then you will need to own an Enterprise License.
Lastly, please be aware that toggling on the Display Organization Prompt in your Organization settings will prevent SSO and force the user to submit their Organization name, email, and password to log in.
