If you proceed and click on " Send Test Email ", you will get a notification stating that Test email sent to your tenant primary email address, which is essentially the Admin email address that you currently use to login the tenant. You cannot change the email address itself, but what you can do to overcome this issue, as you do not have access to this address’ inbox, would be to add another Admin to the tenant.
Please find the following Knowledge Article that outlines how this can be achieved.
Once you have authenticated with another Admin user in the tenant, you can choose to remove the initial email address so that you have access to the inbox of the tenant’s Admin.
