How to detect when the user selects the signup tab

Hello All,
hope all is well,

I just want to know if there’s any way to detect when the user selects the SignUp tab, or detect any event when the user taps the sign up button?

Unfortunately it’s not doable with our stack. For tracking such click /select events on iOS/Android you can use software like Mixpanel etc.
