We’re looking to customize the email with the verification code send for passwordless login but couldn’t find information on how to do so.

This email template is provided in our Auth0 tenant, see the below link:
If you check in the Dashboard → Emails → Email Templates → Verification Code for Email MFA
You do need to have a custom email provider though to use custom templates.
