I need to share access to change email templates functionality with another account. I’ve added it as Dashboard admin but this account owner still has a screen with a description that only the project owner has such ability.
Please suggest any way how to avoid this?
Can you clarify whether the dashboard admin was added with the “All Applications” permissions, or only permissions for a single application?
Please also provide a screenshot of the error message in the dashboard.
