We are currently using the B2C Free Plan and would like to switch to the B2B Free Plan.

Comparing B2C with B2B Subscription tiers has impact starting with the paid plans, on free tiers they offer the same features. You can compare the features of all Subscription plans on our Pricing page for a deeper understanding of what each tier is designed for.
If you would like to upgrade to a paid plan, this can be done from the Auth0 Dashboard → Settings → Subscription tab and choosing for the package best suited for your requirements.
