I finished a course in Udemy which asked me to create a personal test tenant. I already deleted the test tenant, but when I access the support page using our company’s development tenant, it is using my personal test tenant.

Are you invited as an admin to your company Auth0 account tenant?
To be able to submit support cases, you need to be granted a specific access Support Access:
