Good morning, I would like to delete the master tenant and then delete my account.
When I go to the page to delete my tenant there is a message indicating I must contact support. I tried contacting support that says with my account I must contact the community. I have been bounced back and forth since November '23. Do you have any suggestions on how I can delete the tenant so I can then carry on to delete the account ? Thanks
In essence, we would need you to first delete all of your tenants. Once that’s done, please send a direct message to @support with your request to delete your account, and we can assist you with this.
