How do I add a new phone?

How do I add a new phone to auth0? Also, since I’ve been having issues with my phone how do I switch between phones? I’m using your app for access TradeStation and can’t get help from them.

Also, the related posts that I’ve seen aren’t helpful and are full of jargon like MFA, etc. which I really don’t want to learn about…
