As for why…This login form is simply an example of what is possible with auth0.js. The custom login form is available for Auth0 developers who are comfortable navigating the SDK and coding HTML, CSS, and JS. You can certainly add a Facebook button, and AFAIK there isn’t a specific reason why it wasn’t used as the example (I don’t know for sure why Google was used as the social example, but I would imagine it was selected due to its popularity).
