Hooks editor is hanging

Hi all,

I seem to be having issues accessing the hooks editor. Every time I attempt to edit an existing hook, the editor hangs with “loading editor”. Now, it may be a stupid question, but I’m still using the free subscription, though was actively using hooks up until it stopped working. I don’t believe I was on any trial that gave me this feature. Can anyone please assist?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue accessing the hooks editor!

Unfortunately, Hooks are not included in the Free plan according to https://auth0.com/pricing/:

22-day trials are automatic for new tenants, but I’m not sure why the editor is hanging like that. I will have to look into this further.

Which type of hook are you using and what does it do? Depending on the functionality, you may be able to use a rule instead.
