We’ve got two Auth0 instances, both set up identical (as far as I know) and I think set up at the same time
In one of them, the hooks (a pre registration hook) is not firing. Nor can I edit the hooks using the UI - I get
Oh snap! Error loading templates.
In the other instance the hooks are firing and I can edit them using the UI.
Is there anything I can do to reset the hooks, or get them working again?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Don’t know why it behaves that way but if you can send me your tenant name and tenant admin email address over private message I will investigate it!
The team responsible for that part of the stack is currently processing the case. Once we have it resolved we’ll post the solution here!

Sorry for such a long waiting time but it seems like the team is still processing the request. I just repinged them.
Terribly sorry that it took so long but the person who started investigating it was on vacation on just came back. I’ll send you a private message with further info regarding that case.
