Global Distributed or Purely Regional?

Hi folks, just trying to understand a bit more about Auth0’s architecture. When I created an account I had to choose a region and it looks like each of the FQDN’s used to host the various Auth0 endpoints are regional FQDNs.

So my question is, if I had a globally distributed app and wanted to offer globally distributed login and OAuth AS endpoints that would all contain the same users, metadata and upstream IDP connections, does Auth0 play in that space? It looks to me so far like the regions host separate tenants and would not provide for this use case.

Insights appreciated.

Best Regards,
Justin
