Wondering if anyone has any insight on the best Auth0 region to select for use from Asia, specifically Tokyo, given that Auth0 can host tenants in only the US, EU, and Australia. Would one of these be preferable from a latency point of view?

What we would suggest is going for geographically nearest which is Australia. You can create tenants in all regions and then use CURL request to check the response time and after that decide with which you stay.
