Getting an error when trying to install Auth0 Authorization Extension

I am trying to install Auth0 Authorization extension in my tenant but keep getting the following error. Does anyone know if this is supported in free tier?

" Error! There was an error submitting the form. Please try again."

Hey there!

Can you try once again? It seems like a temporary error as I just enabled the extension on my free test tenant:

I just tried it again and im still getting the same error. Here is a screenshot of what im getting.
I tried both storage types (Webtask, Amazon s3).

Hey there!

That’s weird. Can you send me a private message here in the forum with your tenant name and email?

The problem was that they reached their limit on items they had within their free tenant. They removed one of their applications that they no longer needed and now they’re able to install the extension
