Couldn't install Auth0 Authentication API Webhooks Extension

I receive “Error! There was an error submitting the form. Please try again.” when I try to install the extensions.
Retrying doesn’t work. There are no details about the error. What could it be?

Hi Konrad,

Now I see the real reason: “You reached the limit of entities of this type for this tenant.”. As I understood, it is a limitation of the free tier.

Yep that’s exactly it
