Users are not getting forgot password emails even though getting email sent successfully message. Users are also registered with auth0.

I can’t find any tenant associated with your Auth0 Community account. Can you DM me the name of the tenant?
As a suggestion, can you and your team check the logs on the Auth0 side? They can be found in the Monitoring → Logs.
