Is there a way to force a certificate rotation / revoke the existing certificate that is being used to sign the tokens?

There is no way to do this in the dashboard or management API. If this is one-off security concern then I would suggest submitting a support ticket with your request. Otherwise if this is a feature request then please submit it to our feedback page, as that is the best way to communicate your needs to the product team.
