Add more data to logs for MFA events.

Description: For MFA events, like Enroll Started and MFA Enrollment Complete, we’d like to know what device the user is on – Desktop, mobile web, native mobile app? Can you send Client Name and Client ID in these events?

Use Case: We are trying to understand where users are setting up MFA as that will impact our decision on which MFA options we support.
