Failed to send email

The email notifications is not being sent. I am getting 2 kinds of errors:

  1. Message failed: 550 5.7.60 SMTP; Client does not have permissions to send as this sender MWHPR08MB3582.namprd08.prod.outlook.com
  2. timeout calling smtp
    My smtp host is smtp.office365.com and port 587. I provided the correct username and password. What could be causing the failed sending of messages?

Hello, have you resolved this issue? I am getting timeout calling smtp also, and could not understand why, as for other services it works right.

This could be related to all sorts of things - what SMTP provider are you using?
