I can’t edit the application at all, i am on a free plan, i never enabled or am able to make changes to this session transfer section.

I understand that you are encountering a Error! The tenant is not allowed to modify session_transfer, please contact our support team. message when attempting to makes changes to your application.

This error usually occurs because Native to Web SSO (managed via the session_transfer configuration) is an Enterprise-level feature in Auth0 . Any API call or configuration update from a tenant under a different subscription ( as you’ve mentioned using a Free tenant), that attempts to write or modify the session_transfer settings of your application will be blocked by the server with this error.

Recommended solution

  • Open a new Incognito or Private Browsing window to completely bypass any cached cookies and log in to your Auth0 Dashboard there;

  • Go to Applications > Applications, select your app, and scroll down to the Session Transfer section. Make sure any toggles or checkboxes in this area are completely turned off or unchecked, especially the Native to Web SSO feature;

  • Enter your desired Allowed Callback URLs or Allowed Logout URLs, scroll to the bottom, and click Save Changes.

Thank you for your reply , but I have not tried to make any changes that the error mentions . The section is even grayed out, I never was on another plan other than free. I literally just created the application about 2 weeks ago, now trying to just add another callback, nothing else . Whatever I try to edit this error appears . Not allowing me to make any changes
