I am trying to complete a POC for Native-to-Web SSO using
Session Transfer Token (STT). My tenant is on Free plan and
the toggle is not visible under Settings → Advanced.
Can you please advise how to enable this feature or activate
an Enterprise trial?

The Native-to-Web SSO feature ( which includes Session Transfer Token (STT) ), in an Early Access feature which is available to users with an Enterprise Plan active.
As long as you tenant is not under an Enterprise Plan, this feature cannot be used or activated on a specific application. Also, there is no such option as enabling an Enterprise Trial on a Free Plan tenant, the only similar thing would be the Free Trial access available on a new tenant.
