Entity Limitations with Enterprise License

We currently have a DevPro license and after evaluating how many application clients we are going to need, the number we came up is 500+.

The following links says that the number is fixed to 100, but it doesn’t say how much is with Enterprise license

The question is: what would these limits be if went for an Enterprise license, are they negotiable ort fixed?
And if fixed, what are the limitations?
