Upon reading the notification that Token Vault is now available, I would love to try it out, but can’t find any of the configuration on my tenant. I can’t find the " Token Exchange (Federated Connection)" grant type.
How do I enable Token Vault?

Hi @TechSynergy,
Thanks for your question.
I noticed that our token vault documentation states the following:
Token Vault is currently available in Early Access. It is automatically available for your tenant.
However, when I checked your tenant, I found that this feature is not automatically enabled.
After looking into this further, I found that this feature is currently only available for Public Cloud tenants. And to enable the Early Access release for your Auth0 tenant, we suggest connecting with your Technical Account Manager.
I hope this helps!
Best,
Rueben
Ah, thank you @rueben.tiow !
Following Determine if Auth0 Tenant is in Public Cloud or Private Cloud, our tenant should be a Public Cloud tenant? I don’t have a Technical Account Manager assigned currently, we’re on the Free plan.
Hi @TechSynergy,
Thanks for your replies.
Ah, yes, I see that you’re also on the free subscription plan.
I’ve gone ahead and requested that this feature be enabled on your behalf.
Once I get an update, I will follow up on this thread.
Thanks,
Rueben
