I am reaching out to request the enablement of Token Vault (Early Access) for our Auth0 Free/Trial tenant, for development and evaluation purpose
The intent is to perform limited POC testing within the Free plan allowance (up to two applications). No production usage is planned at this time.
Please let us know if any additional information is required to proceed with this request.

Welcome to the Auth0 Community and thank you for posting your inquiry!
Auth0 for AI Agents (which includes Token Vault) reached General Availability (GA) already, so the feature is now standard in the dashboard. You can enable it yourself as long as you are using a Public Cloud tenant.
All you have to do now is to Configure Token Vault as described in this link of our documentation.
