I’m participating in the “Authorized to Act” hackathon on Devpost and need
Token Vault (Connected Accounts / Early Access) enabled on my tenant.
Tenant domain: [wiqilee.us.auth0.com]
I have a Google Social Connection configured and need to enable Token Vault
and Token Exchange grant type for my application.

The Token Vault is no longer in Early Access, and according to our Pricing Page even though you might be under a Free Plan, this covers up to 2 connections. Since you are during your Trial period, you should be able to use these features without any issues.
You can follow the steps mentioned in our documentation on how to Configure Token Vault for your tenant.
