When a customer is trying to login, but their username does not exist in our system (i.e. they have not signed up), I would like to send an email notification to the “failed” username letting them know that their username does not exist in our system and inviting them to sign up.
Does anyone have recommendations on how to implement a flow like this?
This flow doesn’t currently exist. We currently don’t handle pre-login actions that would be crucial for this flow. You can create a Feature Request for it if you’d like. Thanks!
