Upon attempting to download the PHP Auth0 Example, I click the download button, and it doesn’t download anything and reverts back. I inspected the network requests and saw that once I clicked the download button, it returned a Internal Server Error:
Is there a problem with auth0’s servers or any of their providers right now?

I understand that you are encountering issues downloading the PHP Auth0 Quickstart example.
I have tested this myself and also observed the same behavior. I can confirm that this is not intended and our other Quickstarts are available for download.
I will inform our Engineers about this issue internally to be resolved.
In the meantime, to continue your development, I recommend that you download the Quickstart from Github: https://github.com/auth0-samples/auth0-php-web-app/tree/main/
