Does Developer Pro plan come with Breached-password Detection

Am currently using Developer Pro plan. May I know if it comes with ‘Breached-password Detection’?
I can’t seem to find any clear documentation on this, and from the attached image it suggests that I do not have this option even though I am able to activate it.

No, it requires an Enterprise subscription, as it belongs to the category “Anomaly Detection”, which is listed as add-on for the Enterprise plan on Pricing - Auth0.
