I have 60 users, they will use to auth0 with 2 social providers I estimate 3600 monthly connections, which one do you recommend use developer, developer pro, or enterprise?, thank you for advice

All of our subscription types will accommodate your number of active users and social connection requirements. I am assuming you mean they authenticate around 3600 times/month. That should be fine with any plan as well.
