Does anyone have experience in setting up node-auth0 ManagementClient in a Nestjs project?

I am building a Nestjs application and was looking to see if anyone had any guidance for importing and using the ManagementClient? There are a lot of tutorials and guides on securing the application, but not a lot around using the management API particularly with the node-auth0 package.

I know this is vague, but want to start the conversation.
