Default Error Page does Not Support Language Customization

Problem statement

Why is the language not localized in the following default authentication error screen? This screen is triggered by an expired password reset link. The language is correctly updated and reflects the desired language on other UL screens.


This error page does not support localization, so it currently won’t be possible to customize language on this error screen. A backlog item exists requesting this functionality.

There is an available workaround for this issue which is using a custom error page.

  1. Navigate to tenant settings and scroll down to "Error pages ".
  2. Select to use a custom error page hosted in the application.

This custom error page can be customized as needed to support the language.
