In database authentication, I am getting errors contact technical support

First, could you please provide more details about the error you are getting?
And, would it be possible for you to take a screenshot and share the error messages you see with me?
Lastly, could you please clarify which SDK you are using?

Thank you for your response!
After looking at your screenshot, I discovered that you are be using a combination of Passwordless Universal Login + Try Database Connection.
To fix this error, you will need to navigate to the Auth0 Dashboard > Branding > Universal Login and change the template from Lock (passwordless) to the Lock template. Please remember to save your changes.
After doing so, you should be able to use Database Connections to authenticate onto your app.
